Inside, you’ll find all the essentials: a comfortable bed, shower, toilet, sink, mini fridge, toaster, coffee pot, and a small kitchenette. Step outside to your private deck where you can grill or enjoy a fire pit under the open sky.

You’ll share 75 acres of forested land, walking paths, and natural beauty with other guests. We host seasonal events, festivals, and gatherings — and we’ll always notify you if something special is happening during your stay.

Important notes to know:

• Grocery stores are 15–25 miles away. We recommend stocking up before arrival.

• Cell service is inconsistent in the forest. AT&T and Verizon generally have better coverage. Still, the tiny house has good WiFi.

• We are located in a dry county (no take-home alcohol sales), though local restaurants may offer alcoholic drinks
